What our clients say about Ausrental ...

As someone who was from interstate, who doesn’t have a car and was trying to lock down an apartment in a competitive market in the biggest capital city in the country, it was a challenge to do it all by myself. From going through countless inspections and not having much luck, and needing to return back home. I decided to take the complication out of the process and I nominated Austental to help me. Having someone turn up to the inspections on my behalf while you’re at work was super convenient, seeing the videos of each apartment made it easy to make a decision if the apartment was the right fit for me. Codie Smith was very helpful and attentive throughout this process. It only took me a short amount of time to find the apartment that suited my lifestyle requirements based on what I described I wanted. I would highly recommend this service.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Employed Codie’s services on a Wednesday, by Monday - had a place in Sydney. Took all the stress out of moving, by: providing potential rentals, going to inspections, getting videos and following up with real estate agents post application. Highly recommend to anyone moving cities! Very personable guy and smooth experience overall. Communication was quick. Cheers Codie!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ausrental helped me secure an apartment prior to arrival in my desired location, budget and style. This included getting a viewing before the publicly listed time and following up with the listing agents about my application. Communication throughout the process was clear and quick. Would recommend their services to anyone looking to secure a rental before arriving.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. With Ausrental's friendly and efficient support we were able to secure a rental in a week's time from South Africa. We were actually about to board our plane when we got the great news that we have a rental so no temporary accomodation were needed! Codie was very patient and supportive when our visa was granted many months later than expected. I can highly recommend Ausrental and Codie Smith! You were great!!!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Was so happy that this service exists. I had a tight turnaround to relocate to Sydney and they made securing a rental so easy. Codie was amazing to deal with. He was prompt and guided me through the process to a great result in the exact area I wanted!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Codie was incredibly helpful for my relocation. He took the time to talk me through the considerations for each area I was interested in. He shortlisted perfect properties for my needs in several great areas, and helped me secure the first property I applied for. He took a weight off my shoulders in what can be the most stressful time in anyone's life, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for assistance when relocating!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently relocated from the Sunshine Coast to Melbourne and came across Ausrentals through one of the agents I contacted with my search - this service is EXACTLY what you need if you're trying to manage an interstate move whilst working full time, trying to organise packing your house and really can't be everywhere all at once! Codie is absolutely lovely to deal with and genuinely went over and above to help me in my search. This meant I needed very minimal time away from work to manage the property search in my new home, and I had piece of mind knowing that I was speaking with someone local who knew the area well and would make sure I didn't rent anywhere I'd regret! Highly recommend Codie and his team :)Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is my third time working with Codie and the team at AusRental, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. Codie worked tirelessly to secure a property for me, staying proactive with recommendations and incredibly persistent with property managers. Even during a stressful personal period in my life, Codie kept the lines of communication open at all times, making the process feel seamless. He didn't just find me a new house, he found me my dream home. I cannot thank the team enough and will definitely be back in the future! 🙏Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the most wonderful experience with Codie from Ausrental. From the very first conversation, there was a sense of ease and trust. Searching for a rental in Melbourne from afar can feel incredibly stressful, but Codie brought calm, clarity, and care to the entire process. He attended inspections on our behalf, walked through each property thoughtfully, and followed up with agents with such consistency. We always felt informed, supported, and genuinely looked after. What stood out most was how much he cared, not just about finding a place, but the right place. Thanks to Codie, my son has secured a beautiful apartment in Collingwood, exactly where he wanted to be. I’m so grateful we found him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone navigating the rental market. Teena
